The ATNC 550 can comfortably be operated from both seated and standing positions.
The screen can be tilted up, down and laterally to facilitate interaction with the patient.
The unit is easy to use thanks to the feather touch sensor button.
Guided alignment and auto-shoot: Once aligned the target turns green, air pulse and measurement start automatically.
The IOP value is corrected automatically by simply inputting the central corneal thickness. The data can be entered either before or after the measurement.
When measurement is not reliable enough, an asterisk appears on the screen.
The measurement time is kept to a minimum reducing patient stress.
The ATNC 550 also provides a quiet and soft air puff to enhance patient comfort.
An alarm is triggered to prevent contact with the patient’s eye when the nozzle is too close.
